Eemshaven Power Project [Netherlands]

Advanced Power is developing a 1,200 MW combined-cycle gas-fired power station in The Netherlands. The project will be located on the Northern coast within the port of Eemshaven. The project is expected to begin commercial operations in 2013.

The permitting process for the project was officially initiated with the submission of the Start Notice on 14 July 2008.  A copy of the Start Notice is available in Dutch and German and can be downloaded by clicking on the links below.
